If I authenticate (e.g., sign in to MyDTCC) using Multi-Factor Authentication, will I need to use MFA to access any other college resources (e.g., email, O365, D2L)?

If you authenticate with MyDTCC will not need to use MFA to access additional resources that you connect to through MyDTCC. Your computer will hold on to a token which will tell any additional accounts that you have signed in.

How long do updates take if my computer needs to be updated?

If your computer has not been updated for a long period of time , updates may take about one hour. The actual time will depend on the amount of data on the computer and internet connection speed but may take between 30 minutes and two hours.

What should I do if my equipment is grungy or dirty?

If you equipment is grungy from not being used for a long time please submit a ticket at https://support.dtcc.edu/support/support.php for replacements.

What do I do if my computer won’t boot (start) up?

How to log into my Office 365 Cloud?

Go to https://www.office.com/, and select the ‘Sign In’ option. 2. Enter your Delaware Tech email address 3. Sign-in with your Delaware Tech user name and password. 4. Click the waffle icon and select the application(s) you would like to access.
