 Click on the start button. |
 Select the tile that needs to be resized and right click on it. A dropdown menu appears. |
 Hover over the word resize and a second dropdown menu will appear. Select the preferred size. |
 The resized tile will appear in the menu. |
 To move the tile, right click and hold down the right mouse button as you move the tile to a new location in the Tiles area.

 Release the mouse button once the tile is in the new location.
